Jet Set

Today while at work which felt like eternity, I was beginning to think about my next vacation. Since it is the beginning of the year, I have plenty of time to plan a great getaway for the summer. Somewhere warm that’s sunny with a beach. This idea also helped me put together the best jet set outfit for the classic gentleman, with just an added touch of trendy. I will admit in earlier years I have not been a fan of polos, not exactly sure why. As of lately they are beginning to appear more and more in my wardrobe. I also think they can add to a great business look for meetings, interview or after work dinner date or happy hour. I love a great chino pant (J.Crew) and it was only right that I added it as staple piece in this look. I absolutely love the denim inspired look and wash on these pants as well.

My love for a top hat or fedora will never waiver. I think it is a classic accessory that every male should own at least one of in his wardrobe. They are great with denim and a V-neck T-shirt. Or can add some flavor like above to a more classic dressier style. Since I am always told that I don’t wear enough color, I added a touch of pink with my suede loafers (ASOS). I absolutely love a suede shoe, and love how comfortable they feel on my feet. I also added a duffle bag (Gap) for all those carry on essentials needed when traveling. I don’t know about you, but I scream for a fabulous tote bag, for travel and every day use. It makes it so much easier to keep up with your wallet or other personal accessories, like your passport case (Fossil) or other accessories like a watch or jewelry. Wherever you decide to vacation this season I hope it brings much rest and relaxation, and that you do it in STYLE!
